...this work is intended to be a arm sleeve from the tip of the shoulder (bottom of neck) to just under the elbow covering the entire arm. First session was enjoyable, we came up with the ideas on the spot, Mal wanted to pay tribute to tangata-whenua by incorporating the fern, the dove is to represent the Methodist Church (and the cross also), our next session will be fixing and finishing the fern and begin with the Island patterns around the images...cheers Mal for the images..
