D Konz back in the lab

NZ Music Month was last month I think, or may be the month before that, lol but man, NZ musicians don't seem to have any sleep at all. This is the first video from D Konz new album, couldn't find the newer video which is called 2012 but this one will do. You can look at the latter here. If you haven't been around long enough in the NZ hip-hop/rap scene, these guys helped the renaissance of NZ hip-hop, well, not really coz we didn't really have one to start with but that's a discussion on the politics of radio airplay and creative funding prior to Aunty Helen's era. I guess a lot of growing up and maturing took place between Elimination and this upcoming album coz these guys are on point. Everything from synchronizing with the beat/music to having clever rhymes and mastering a distinct voice for each artist is amazing. I say this because throughout Elimination, all seemed to be awkward rhyming with baby voices....Looking forward to the album though....add this dude to your reading list, he keeps you updated on their activities..
